1. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the state of Hawaii who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Servco Pacific Inc., which shall be final and binding in all respects. Participants who are younger than 18 years of age will only be allowed to participate with parent's consent.

2. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entry through www.PureExpreScion.com ONLY. By providing information to the on-line entry form to participate in the Pure ExpreScion Showoff Event, you agree to the Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers explained in #4. Online entry ends at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2010.

3. VERIFICATION; CONDITIONS TO WINNING. All Pure ExpreScion Car Show and Rage on the Stage participants are subject to verification. All Car Show contestants must sign an Exhibitor Release Form on-site and bring a copy of their current vehicle registration and insurance card. If the vehicle registration and insurance card are not presented at the event on Sunday, January 17, 2010, they will not be eligible to participate. All Rage on the Stage contestants must sign an Exhibitor Release Form on-site. Prizes awarded to all the winners are non-transferable. No substitution or cash redemption of prizes will be allowed except as provided herein. Entrants agree that Servco Pacific Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any advertised prize, or portion thereof that may become unavailable, with another prize of equal or greater value chosen by Servco Pacific Inc. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to Servco Pacific Inc. and their agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Servco Pacific Inc., which are final and binding in all respects, by entering.

4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS. Servco Pacific Inc. and their respective subsidiary or parent companies, sales representatives, legal advisors, media and other fulfillment agencies involved in this promotion, and their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for (a) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries and such entries are void under these Official Rules, (b) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Servco Pacific Inc. that cause the promotion to be disrupted, (c) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of winner's receipt of a prize, or acceptance, or possession or use of a prize, (d) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with traveling to or from the Pure ExpreScion Showoff Event (e) any printing or typographical errors associated with the promotion, or (f) any property damage, personal injury or death or any other damages which may incur or have or which may hereafter accrue to the participant or their heirs, as a result of or which accrue in connection with or are related to their participation in the Pure Exprescion Event on General Growth Properties. Each entrant represents that he or she has complied with these Official Rules. Servco Pacific Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should technical, mechanical or other causes disrupt the administration, security or proper play of the program.

5. WINNERS. There will be a total of seven (7) Car Show winners, and one (1) band winner. All winners for the car category and featured band will be voted on by a panel of judges, except for one (1) car category, the People's Choice, that will be voted on by their peers. Winners will be notified no later than 7:00pm on Sunday, January 17, 2010.

6. NAMES OF WINNERS. For the name(s) of the Prize Winner(s), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt to: Scion Hawaii: C/O Servco Auto Marketing, 2766 Waiwai Loop Suite 201, Honolulu, HI 96819. Winners list will be sent when promotion is over and prizes have been awarded. Requests for winner list must be received by January 20, 2010.
